For larger families or larger appetites you can make 10 meals that serve 4-6 people (adult servings) or you can divide your meals in half and make 20 meals that serve 3-4 smaller appetites (younger families)
Also, you can substitute any meat. For example, if you are non-fishy folk, then you can substitute for chicken/pork etc. Basically you cater this to fit your family’s needs. Some people prefer to add more/different veggies as well.

The plan: A few weeks before your workshop, I will email you a list of suggested proteins/veggies and portions. The night before, or day of your workshop, you will fill your 10-20 bags, as per my directions. The night of the party, you bring a cooler filled with your bags, loaded and we will add the extra ingredients. I will teach you how to use your new Wildtree products, most of which you will go home with extras! Please remember that it is unsafe to freeze meat that has already been frozen, then thawed. Please feel free to use the meats/veggies you already have, just keep the frozen, frozen. We can work with it. If you choose to bring fresh proteins, we will freeze them after the party. This is why your cooler has ice in it.
Just remember….the night of we will CHOP, BAG, SQUISH AND FREEZE and then you will have your meals prepared and ready to go.
